CHOES was created from a single passion: a desire to share the undiscovered soul of Greek wine with the world.

My name is Chrysopi Mangira, founder of CHOES. My journey took me across Greece, where I discovered a world of exceptional wines crafted by dedicated families on small, historic vineyards. These were wines with deep roots and incredible character, yet their stories were often known only to a few.

I created CHOES to be the stage for these stories. Here in the timeless beauty of Corfu's Old Town, we've built a haven for the curious and the connoisseur alike. Our philosophy is simple: combine rare and wonderful Greek wines with warm, knowledgeable service.
