Deep in the heart of Corfu's Old Town, CHOES is a celebration of Greece's remarkable indigenous wines. It's the perfect place to pause on a warm summer's day.
Here, every bottle tells a story. We pour our passion into a collection of rare vintages from small, family-run vineyards across Greece. We invite you to explore forgotten grapes and celebrate the winemakers who honour them. Should you discover a new favourite, every bottle is available to purchase at retail prices to continue your journey at home.

Prefer to stay flexible? Sit down at our wine bar and ask for a Flight Tasting. Chrisa and her team compose a personal selection at your table — served in half glasses, with a short story behind every grape and region. Some guests stop at three wines; others explore ten before taking their favourite bottle home (€15 discount on every bottle you take home).

This is our small, ten-seat tasting room where we get to share our biggest passion: the full story of Greek wine. It's a cozy, private space where we can geek out together, exploring everything from ancient wine history to the incredible grapes that make Greek wine so unique.
Think of it as a backstage pass. You'll taste rare and amazing wines we've set aside just for this room and hear the stories behind them in a fun, relaxed setting where every question is welcome.
